1 on 1 Private Lessons

Lessons are individually tailored to your skill level, interests, and personal goals. Rather than following a rigid syllabus or ranking system, training is adapted to the unique needs of each student. Every person has different postural imbalances, movement patterns, and ways of learning and applying skills. By addressing these individual differences, lessons are designed to improve both physical function and technical ability, creating a training approach that is specific to your body, mind, and long-term development. (By appointment, contact for more information)

Wing Chun Workshops / Small Group Training

A deep dive into the core principles and applications of the system. This intensive, structured format uses focused drills, exercises, and practical training to help students better understand, retain, and apply specific skills and concepts.

Refine your movement, posture, and training methods through personalised 1 on 1 online coaching. Through video assessment, I analyse your posture, movement patterns, and technical execution to identify areas for improvement. Individualised exercises and drills are prescribed based on your specific needs, helping you develop better movement, power, and skill. Ideal for students who are unable to attend local in-person training.
